Terms of Use
Last updated: January 2026
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Culture event discovery service provided at pushculture.co (the "Service"), operated by Push Culture, Inc.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Our Role in Events
Events listed on Culture are organized by third-party event hosts, conferences, and organizers—not us. We are a discovery platform providing technology for finding and saving events. We are not responsible or liable:
- For event cancellations, changes, or issues caused by the host or organizer
- For any content or activities related to the event
- For the accuracy of event information including time, location, or pricing
- For any interactions between users at events
If you have an issue regarding an event, you should contact the event host directly. Event organizers have full control over their events and are responsible for resolving any disputes.
User Accounts
You may create an account using social login providers (such as Google, X/Twitter, or Apple) or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile data, saved events, and associated information will be permanently removed.
User Content
Our Service allows you to post, share, and submit certain information including event submissions, chat messages, profile information, and other content ("User Content").
You are solely responsible for any User Content you post on the Service. You agree not to post content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material without authorization
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Contains false or misleading information
By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
Event Submissions
Users may submit events to be listed on the platform. All submissions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any event submission for any reason.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service in any unlawful or fraudulent manner, or in a way that could damage or compromise our systems or security. You must not access the Service by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service contains links to third-party websites including event registration pages, social media profiles, and external resources. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Push Culture, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PUSH CULTURE, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
